Msgr. John Wagner High School Scholarship

Application must be completed and recieved by Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 5pm. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic & either a registered member or a child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a registered member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, San Antonio, TX. All applications should inlcude:

1. Completed application form
2. High School Transcript
3. College/ University Letter of Acceptance
4. Letter of Recommendation from graduate's High School Counselor
5. One other Letter of Recommendation from a non-family member 
6. An essay of 150-200 words on "God in my Life".
7. One page summary of activities/achievements/awards/community service performed over the last three years
