The McDonald Family Center is multi-use room that allows our parishioners, church organizations and guests a place to have medium-size events. From conferences to weddings. This facility comes with all the amenities you are looking to have for your events.
Accommodations and Fees
(Rates effective September 1st, 2016)
Accommodates up to 360 guests.
Commercial sized kitchen included in rental.
Commercial Ice Maker (which holds 800 lbs of ice) included in rental.
Tables available include:
5-ft Round Guest Tables seat 8 guests.
6-ft Rectangular Serving/Misc. Tables.
Security provided by St. Matthew
Rental Fees:
Parishioner Rate = $1,300.00
Non-Parishioner Rate = $1,800.00
Damage Deposit of $300.00 will be refunded ten days after the event only if no damages occur.
Room Rate based on a 5 hr event.
Additional hour fee = $300.00
Maximum Rental Time = 6 hours, all functions end at midnight on Saturdays.
One (1) Security Officer is required per 100 Guests ($40 per hour per Officer)
